Piping-Critical Non Critical: Asian Engineering have done piping design of Chemical plant and boiler piping which starts from P & ID and includes Layouts, Orientations, Piping GA, Piping Isometrics, Pipe Rack Drawings, Piping Model using 3D tools like PDMS/ Propipe, Line Lists, valve lists, Material Take offs, Interconnecting drawings, foundation drawings, CLD, Pipe support drawings. 2. Stress analysis: We have expertise in Stress Analysis using CAESAR-II 5.1 as a tool. We have references of completed projects for Stress Analysis for Boiler Steam & Turbine Piping. 3. Power Piping: We have done Boiler piping for various projects of Thermax, Praj Industries Ltd and Forbes & Company Limited. We are having experience in steam piping including PRDS Control stations, Condenser piping of Boiler etc. 4. Pressure Vessel Design and Design of Storage tanks: Asian Engineering does have expertises for Pressure vessel design as per ASME VII div I, Div-II and CE marking requirement. I have Thirteen years of experience piping tendering, engineering and construction positions, during which I’ve become an expert in Aveva PDMS, Autodesk Plant 3D, Bentley OpenPlantV8i, and Caepipe software and Power Plant Mechanical process and Layout. My professional experience includes Tendering, engineering and construction different types of power plants and Oil & Gas plants, and mastering all of the tools involved in the development of different piping systems from the calculation of piping wall thickness to issuing the isometric and spool drawings.
